This is a good product for you, but I recommend drink alot of water, because after using it for a couple days I started to get cystic acne. Drink alot of water!

This is a really good Akkermansia probiotic at a top notch value. I got this after watching several youtube videos talking about how this probiotic was good for helping my gut and microbiome. I saw this one was vegan and gluten free which is a must for me so I gave it a try. I like how clear my mind has been feeling and with a better gut it just makes me feel better overall. This probiotic was good I had no bathroom worries and could totally take this one and go out the next day with no worries or issues. I have been taking this with B complex and it is wonderful, just research to find out why. I would highly recommend, it is good quality and works good. Thank you!
