Nice device. It's not as thick as the old ones, but it seems to work as well. The red corners that elevate it (and allow more circulation underneath) don't stay attached. So, for maximum effect, you have to put in something (like a grill tray) or (what I'm thinking of doing) gluing a short stack of pennies on the bottom of each corner.

It verks. That is all.

This defrosting tray gets the job done! It help alleviate the amount of time needed to defrost. I no longer have to pull out frozen meat days before cooking. I give the defrost tray 4 stars due to time. It takes a little longer than the stated 20 minutes. But it does work!

My tray came with one of the red legs? missing, but not really a problem. It really works.

I bought this same board three times. The first two came the same size and works as described. The third board came recently that I bought as a gift but the size is significantly smaller than the first two.

This does work to defrost and is very helpful in the kitchen. I wish it had some kind of "moat" or something to catch the juices from the meat. We put it on a cookie tray, so I end up having to wash an extra dish. The corner pieces also fall off frequently. I think I'm going to just super glue them on.

Works great and is super handy. Of course the thinner the frozen item the quicker it thaws. I hate Defrosting in the microwave because it can also cook the item, so this is great!

works well = items thaw in a considerably faster time and the texture of food not affected. The downside is that the bumper corners come off easily and can become misplaced -- this causes the air not to flow underneath the tray --- not sure if it reduces the effectiveness of the thawing w/o the bumpers - but keep this in mind when removing the bumper corners when washing.
