Sterling Silver Italian 1mm Snake Chain,18 inches

So I never wore it. I bought it to replace a chain I broke on a necklace I wore 24/7 until it got pulled off of my neck. This sat in its bag until today. 6.5 months after I purchased it. (I forgot about it because the necklace had been off so long). I took it out of the bag today and this is what I found. It WAS "silver looking" when I first received it. That definitely does not look silver. Silver is the ring I am wearing and have been almost 27/7 for the last 10 years. (Except when mixing stuff with my hands since trying to clean this thing is a bitch and a half). So yeah. Do not buy! I rarely ever leave a bad review. I am super mad because I was ready to wear that special necklace again.

Perfect! I have a sterling silver ankh pendant that I treasure. It is my talisman and I have had it for 30 years, a gift from my stepmother (my other Mom). I broke the chain and went to Kohl's to find a suitable replacement. They had an amazing special on sterling silver chains and I bought the 22" for $21 dollars (regularly $65). However, when I put my pendant on, I did not like the length so I went to return it for the 18". The sale was no longer running and to exchange the chain, I'd have to pay the full price. I remembered I purchased a silver chain on Amazon for around $10 dollars so I went on Amazon and found this! Perfect length, perfect shine, perfect style and best of all, perfect price!

I finally found a chain that I liked for a pendant that I wear everyday and the previous chain broke. I had this chain for not even a week and it already was so tarnished. After about three weeks it broke as I was adjusting the clasp to he back of my neck fairly carefully, so I sent it back for a refund. I know it's not supposed to be indestructible, but I really would have liked to wear it for more than 3 weeks and maybe something like 3 years like my previous one. I've gone searching again and I'm going to hopefully find one that will last this time around.

I almost cried when my little 9# rescue dog, in her exuberance broke a delicate chain to a necklace I'd received as a gift.I'm sooo thrilled with this!!Thank you!!

There is a kink in the necklace but still kept it. Next time I’d buy something bigger than 1 mm

It is a lovely light-weight silver chain. I bought it because I have a small silver pendant that needed to go on a narrow slender chain. A larger chain would not have looked right so if you need a slim chain, this is perfect. Also, it has a lobster clasp which I think is better than a spring ring.

This is a very pretty snake chain. I wanted something pretty and strong for pendants. This is perfect! I especially like the clasp which allows for the chain to fit through a small opening on a pendant. I like to layer small pendants and often the chain won't fit through the pendant but this one is perfect for that.

I love the chain. I have very sensitive skin and I haven't had any problems with it irritating my skin , BUT!! My hair keeps getting tangled in the chain , to the point where I have to take off the necklace and take hair off at it once or twice a week.
