I’ve been taking Garden of Life mykind vitamins for almost ten years and love them! Designed for women over forty, these vitamins support breast health and contain turmeric and biotin, which I had been taking separately before I realized they were included. I appreciate that the vitamins are made from organic fruits, herbs, and veggies. As a business owner, I rarely have time to eat a complete lunch and just grab a protein bar, so these pills balance out my nutrition. The vitamins and minerals are far over the recommended daily value, so it’s really the only pill I need to take. Easy on my stomach, these pills give me a lot of energy, and I love that they’re gluten free, vegan, and made responsibly. Until recently, I was only taking one pill per day, and that seemed to be enough, but after examining the label, I tried the recommended dose of two pills per day, and I feel great! The only downside is they are a tad pricey and there are always a few pills in the bottle that are broken in half, but they are well worth it. It provides me with great comfort knowing that these vitamins were made specifically for my needs.

I'm not including the packaging, breakage or any other non-related review criteria. I am solely pertaining to the item in question. I have spoken with customer service several times in regards to the ingredients and have gotten my questions answered. The pills are large as are most, gummy versions you have to take twice as many. The palm oil is a minimal coating on the pill, I have contacted the company in regards to that matter and did independent research on my own. This particular one doesn't have iron or probiotics, that is a plus because some people do not need those. There are options with those included or separate supplements.
