Yoga Mat Towel-Microfiber Hot Yoga Towel-Non Slip Sweat Absorbent Super Soft 24" x 72"

I was disappointed in this skidless towel. I do Bijram hot yoga daily and have purchased the expensive Yogitoes Manduka skidless towels before and love them. I wanted to go a bit less expensive but now know you get what you pay for and back to the more expensive towels. These towels and thin and light and move around on my mat compared to the Yogitoes. Though they do absorb the sweat I feel that the heavier towels with grippies on the bottom are more efficient. Would not recommend these towels.

For the first time in class I could focus in on my flow and breathing and not on whether I was going to slip and bust my head or arse. The towel stuck to my mat that I had already began sweating on and stayed in place as I continued. It made my floor positions more comfortable as it absorbed the sweat off of my back and legs as I flowed through those as well. DEFINITELY a must have.

It's not really "no slip" as some people indicated. It does not adhere well to my mat and while it soaks up sweat fine, because of this lack of adherence it is not easy to use during hot yoga practice. Would not recommend.

I was looking for a cheaper yoga towel for hot yoga, as they can be a bit pricey for what they are, and overall I'm very happy with my purchase! The thickness is comparable to other yoga towels I own, and the texture is nice. Washing it is super easy - I just throw it in with my workout clothes and tumble-dry on low (some of my other yoga towels are hang-dry only).My only complaint is that when I'm first starting out a class, the towel still slides around a little bit, despite the gripping pads. Once it gets saturated with sweat (gross, I know), it seems to stay put a little bit better. This could be because I practice vinyasa, so I'm moving around a lot more on my mat. I've seen people spray down their towels prior to class, and I might try it out to see if it helps with the towel sliding around less.Regardless, this is a great deal! I may just have to get it in another color!

I love this towel for Bikram yoga. It was very inexpensive compared to all the other yoga towels I could find, yet it's perfect. It's the exact size of my standard yoga mat, and the little rubber dots keep in almost completely stationary through the whole class. I also like the level of thickness/absorbency. I tried one other yoga towel, and it was so soft and fluffy it felt disgusting during that hot, humid class. This towel is quite thin and not furry-feeling, but absorbs all my sweat just fine. Washes and dries great in the washing machine/dryer.

The towel does indeed soak up the sweat and it DOES NOT go through to my mat. My feet still slip on the towel. I think the only way to solve this problem would be to put the non-slip grips on the stop part, but I doubt that would be very comfortable. I have resorted to just moving the towel when I know a pose may cause slippage. As I said, the towel does a good job of soaking up the sweat so when I move the towel, the mat is NOT all slippery. Will be keeping this product.

I made the mistake of buying a cheap mat, so it had NO grip. I bought the towel to aid in balance and grip. Most of the towels were way over priced, and had mixed reviews. This towel was a works very well, and made it possible to use a cheap mat. Sometimes I use it as a mat by itself on a hardwood floor, and it still works well.

I purchased this as a mat to use over the carpet or other yoga mats during travel. I don't like trying to do yoga on the hotel room carpet, or using "public" loaner mats in studios when I travel, so I purchased this to use on top of those mats. It worked well, washed easily. Highly recommend. Easy to pack for travel.
