I always check Dr. Weil's website, before I buy any herbal remedy. In this case, Dr. Weil recommends specific mushrooms for optimum health & wellness. They are turkey tail, maitake, reishi & agaricus blazei. I chose this supplement/brand because the mushrooms have been grown without chemical fertilizers & pesticides. Agaricus Blazei is beneficial for immune support, stress relief, liver function & has anti-inflammatory properties.

They might heilp some one but not me
