Update: The seller contacted me following my review. Though I'm unhappy with the length of life of the product, I am VERY happy with their response. Though they have offered a full refund, I did tell them that I'd be happy with a replacement product vs the full refund. Let's see what they say. Appreciate the attention to the customer by the seller. I'd give the product a 5 star rating when working, a 1 star for its lifespan, but the seller a 10-star rating. To meet in the middle, I updated my 2-star rating to a 4.This vibration platform worked very well. I would get on it once a day for 15 minutes and felt like I was having improved circulation, better balance, etc. Even carried it across the street for my neighbor to try and ended up ordering one for her. Then, as most things health related, I stopped using it. Got up today to use it for the first time in a couple months and after a minute, it quit. Unplugged it, checked cords. Power light is on, but nothing lights up on the platform and it doesn't budge. My mother has a different brand that she uses religiously every day and it hasn't had one problem. I'm only 160 pounds, so it shouldn't be my weight causing the issue.

I bought this unit to put under my work desk. I have a bad knee that hurts over time when sitting at my desk. I thought a vibrating platform might alleviate the pain. It does help. It has a nice low setting and with a wide range of speed increments.I was impressed at the power of the unit.. I wasn't expecting it to be as solid of a vibration rocker. I really expected it to be an enhanced vibrator massage type machine.. but this is actually a rocker. It rocks from side to side to generate the vibration.. This give it a wide range of motion. I make good use of a standup rocker now, so I am familiar with them. This thing is surprisingly strong and actually reminds me of the large standup machine I use. It is also very quiet except for the beeping when it turns on, off etc.. hahaaAll in all I think this unit is a very good value. I would recommend it.

I brought this 4 years ago and it was the best decision! I researched and found this particular brand to be the best. My plate has seen ke through weight lost and weight gain and didn't complain when my big behind claimed onto it to work out. Lol I love it. My design is different but everything still works good as new.
