Having just done my reiki level 1 love this book! Its exactly what i was looking for, useful information , highly recommend it.

Excellent book
Extremely good book for reiki students that they can keep going back to time and time again, well written. I give this as a teaching manual for my students when they attend my reiki level 1 and 2 workshops.

A good read that you can dip in and out of. The information is written plainly and simply for all to understand.
