Handles Must Be Reinforced Better
My dog is very comfortable in it, however the downside is that the strap must be reinforced a lot better. About less than 2 weeks of having bought her carrier, the back right portion of the handle had ripped from the seam. She is within the recommended amount of weight for this brand and design.

Nice colors, collapsible, good ventilation but may not last long
I like the size of this carrier and the color combination, but it doesn't seem as sturdy as I had thought it would be and the material is not very thick and the zipper seems like it could break easily. I do like though that it is collapsible there are 3 windows to allow for ventilation, most others were limited on this. It will fulfill its purpose for being used to transport my cat on the plane and it looks nice, but such carrier should be priced at $18/$17 maximum.

Great carrier
I have a 10+ pound cat and getting him in his previous carrier was a nightmare. I like that there are several loading options and it has a pouch for papers, toys, treats. It’s sturdy and stylish too.

Poor construction
Used it once and all the straps are falling off - plus it is stupid to have one of the three required open sides as the top - once you force it under the seat (did not easily fit under any the seats in any of the four flights I took, so it cuts off 1/3 of the circulation) don't waster your money. The bottom is flimsy too - should be a better quality that doesn't bend.

Great product, slightly big
The product is highly durable and it worked out fine for me and my cat, on a long trip. Just be aware that the largest one is a little higher than the space under the seat (in my case, American Airlines) and it’s not that bendable (which is good for quality, but in my case I kept the bag between my legs, on the floor).

Light and the right size
This is the max size carrier you can have for spirit airlines. Had no problems and it worked great

Easy transport
Wish the bottom insert was washable but the side opening works great for my dog’s back problems. She doesn’t have to turn around.

Unbelievable design, definatly made for the comfort of your pet!!!
This bag is ingenious!!!! So much room to move! My pup AND MY CAT loves this bag!!! I ordered the Medium size thinking my 3 pd Maltese would love the room but its too big! I am exchanging it with the Small one. Delightful Design!!! I could not be happier. Very light and airy. This is a STEAL at this price. Thanks again Sherpa!!!Gina/Las Vegas
