I don’t take time to write many reviews. This product has exceeded my expectations in its quality. Installation was easy. I did use gorilla glue to mount the bottom piece to my shower rather than drill holes which is the optional way to do it. The supplied adhesive isn’t good enough. The valve to change from the sprayer to rain head is very high quality and it feels nice to turn it. The materials are heavy duty and the tolerances are very good. My shower is tiny and with limited height above the shower head this solved all of my problems. The horizontal pipe that the rain head connects too was a little long and the shower head wasn’t centered when installed as purchased. However I found out through another review that you can order different lengths to customize it. Customer service was excellent and the gentleman I spoke with (owner of the company I think) was quick to get me exactly what I needed (see picture of shorter pipe installed) and it has transformed my shower experience. This isn’t the main shower in my house but it’s the one I use most often now. I love this thing.

The media could not be loaded.  Overview: This really is just a lovely shower head! Very well made -NICE SOLID build...very well packaged (seriously) and quite easy to install. I have a 1960s kit built house that has 7 ft ceilings, So a bit tight on all headroom. I'm a short girl so it's fine for me but if I had a guest staying at my house I wanted as much headroom in the shower as possible and the straight arm of this shower head really does the best for my application! It's also killer classy looking! Install: I found it easy to flush and easy to install. I went down past the studs for complete remodel so I can't really speak for retrofitting. However most stub outs for showers are curved and you'll have to remove that leaving a screw fitting inside the wall. I would highly recommend that you ditch the Teflon tape that comes with any fittings and instead but yourself some Hercules MegaTape. It will give you a much broader range of adjustment without fear of leaks.Seller: This seller was incredibly helpful with an additional fitting that I needed for my strange installation and they are top notch customer service!Function:I don't have the most fantastic water pressure as I am on a well and I share that well with another house. My pressure tank is set right at 40 And I am able to use both shower heads at the same time with nice effect :)The rubber nubs on the end of both the handheld and the rain shower head are a really nice soft tip and allow for very easy clearing of any sediment that might get in. That said, because I am on a well I also installed a spin down sediment filter so that I will minimize issues with any of my new fittings in the remodel :-) an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!The switch valve for this system is very smooth with a great feel... Much nicer than my expensive Moen! There are some design details with the way this system was made that show great thought. It really is as nice made as high end German grohe pieces. Very nice o-rings, tight fittings, quality machining and quality finishing. The hose for the handheld sprayer is one of the nicest hand feels and drape of any I've owned. The single only problem that I have found with this system is that while the handheld sprayer is adjustable in vertical height, it does not have an angle adjustment at all. It would be really nice if they could build that into future systems. I felt like I had to find one thing that wasn't perfection about this :-)TLDR:I am really impressed by this shower head system and would highly recommend it if you think this will work for your install! Buy it!

Product packaged in cut out foam and study custom box. Parts are all thick metal with a thick coating of chrome. No cheap, thin metal, plastic or painted chrome. Parts are quality materials, precision made and fit exactly. Instructions with illustrations are clear. The seller responds really fast if questions or problems arise. Care needs to be taken in screwing the fixture into your main water supply pipe, The fixture is not adjustable so screwing it water tight may result in it angling away from 90 degrees plumb. It is necessary to wrap tp a lot of tape, 15 to 20 wraps around the threads before attempting to screw in the fixture.. If there aren't enough wraps of tape you may not be able to screw the fixture to 90 degrees plumb. Don't worry about wrapping too much tape. Worry about wrapping too little tape. The weight of the fixture may cause a very slight sag of the rain shower arm from true horizontal. Before you attach the peal and stick fastener or drill screw holes in the tile to mount the bottom of the fixture to the wall, gently lift the fixture so the rain shower arm is true horizontal. Put a towel over the shower drain before attempting to screw in set screws (with an allen wrench--provided). They are really small and can be lost, are non magnetic, and will pass through most shower drains. The install is not complex or difficult. Take your time. You should not have to force the parts to fit together. It's a precision made fixture. Since I bought this one, I have bought another for our other bathroom in the other stile for a raised ceiling. Both look really good. Water pressure is very good. I like the dial that gives a choices of: hand held shower only, rain show only or both. The hand held shower holder is height adjustable with one button and easy to move up and down and also pivots 180 degrees (right and left) for customizing the hand held shower spray. The rain shower head can be titled slightly in any direction. Water pressure doesn't noticeably change when using both the hand held shower and the rain shower. The hand held shower has a lever for 3 setting to further customize the spray. I love this shower!! It works really good and looks like products costing 2 or 3 times more. No Made in China parts. The seller told me he sources the parts from different countries, mostly in Europe. My wife is 4'11'' and likes the controls are below shoulder level so she doesn't have to struggle to reach overhead. I have nothing but good things to say about this shower and the seller.

Customer service is a lost art. This company is amazing at it. I called on a Saturday with issues on an install. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable and knew immediately what was needed to get my install squared away and said he would put the part in the mail on Monday when he was back in the office. I followed up with a call the following Tuesday, the same gentleman answered the phone, remembered talking with me and ensured that the part was put into the mail on Monday. New parts arrived today, we installed them with no issues and are really enjoying our new fixtures.Thank you Fennocasa!I have never wrote a review before, but felt obligated after our awesome customer service experience

The installation was easy except for the drilling of holes into the tile.It works very well.The cost was low compared to other solutions.

Well packaged, and all metal (no plastic). I had it installed by a professional, but it did not seem complicated.Worked just as advertised.
