Wonderful to bake with.

旨味のあるパン
海外にいた頃、この粉でパンを焼いていました。サワードウブレッドをよく作りますが、この粉で作るとより味わい深く、粉の旨味が感じられて気に入ってます。たんぱく質の含有量がとても多く、灰分は0.4～。0.57％とのこと。ハード系のパンやベーグル、ローフパンにもよさそうです。袋の裏にアーミッシュのパンなどのレシピが書いてあるので1度作ってみたいと思ってます。他の粉とブレンドして作っても良いと思います。

ダンボールを開けたら
袋に穴が空いていた。製品に問題はないと思いますが、小麦粉が多少こぼれてしまいました。ダンボールから取り出す際は気をつけてください。
