Be careful you're getting the exact same item. At the buying options, Amazon will flash up another buying option, for another 20 x 20 x 5 Filterbuy filter, which at a glance, looks like the same item at a slightly lower price. It's not! The dimensions may be slightly different even though it's the same nominal size. My mistake, lesson learned. That said, and for what it's worth, I can tell you that Filterbuy customer service doesn't really care.

This filter was exactly what we needed. We usually buy locally but due to "supply chain" issues, we could not find even one. So, I thought of ordering on-line & we got these in a very timely manner & they fit perfectly. Plus, we have the second one for later on in the fall.

We didn’t realize we had a need for a filter up in the attic…ordering from Amazon made ordering the correct filter was so easy.

Filters are good quality and delivered SUPER fast, but they are not truly 20x20x5 as there is both vertical and horizontal space, so empty air top and sideways for a loose fit and probably a slight loss of air. That said, they seem to be working okay.

This filter seems to last longer than others I've tried!!

I returned these as they did not fit my return vent.

The product was great...However delivery was not.Box was left along the street by our driveway...anyone could have picked it up passing by. I just happened to see the delivery person put it out at the end of the driveway along the street. NOT HAPPY WITH DELIVERY PERSON AT ALL.
