If you're anything like me you're scrolling through Amazon looking at pictures and reading reviews trying to figure out what chair to buy. I spent 2 hours and decided on this one and I am so glad I did. I love this chair. I like that the arm rest curves and makes it comfortable to place my arms on. Some other chairs I saw were just straight and small and the quality on this one is so comfortable and the foot rest is also perfect. You'll feel like the foot rest can't hold your weight but it can I've been using it everyday with no problems and it is so easy to assemble. The rest of my family wants one now because they say it's so comfortable.

After doing a lot of looking around and comparing in store and online chairs, I came to this chair. At first I was skeptical only having a couple reviews but really it is everything I could want and a fairly decent price to boot! Arrived a day earlier than expected so that was also pretty cool!Instructions were very easy to follow and everything was wrapped individually with bubble wrap. The white color accents are striking and the material is actually stitched together unlike others that are bonded then lightly stitched for aesthetics.Base is thick, hard plastic and the inside of the chair itself is steel. Assembly itself was less than 15 minutes. Like all other chairs, the foot rest does go down a little bit when resting on it but that's normal. Back rest fully adjustable to any degree mentioned in the description but it is not spring loaded so you will need to sit up to lock it at higher positions.May be the "Day One Hype" but I will update after a few weeks!

I really wanted to like this chair. It has so many good reviews and it has everything I wanted down to the rounded arm rests. However, it seems like a new person worked on this one and was too afraid to say they messed up, so they just packed it. With so many good reviews, I'm tempted to try to get another. I think I'll wait a few weeks and see if more bad reviews come in first, though. Something may have changed in the manufacturing. Anyway on to the problems.1. After putting it together, the back rest looked like it was off. I took it apart 3 times and put it back together and could not get it straight. By feeling the beam that is connected to the back cushion, it is angled to one side, throwing off everything else down to the stitching.2. The seat cushion material looks like it was also put on crooked, but may just be made incorrectly. You can see pictured that the metal piece that attached to the bottom of the cushion and the back rest is a full inch at least to the left of center.3. Another minor issue that on its own I wouldn't even mention, but the arm rests are all dented. I expected them to fluff up after being unpacked, but 24 hours later and they were still looking the same. It is hard to capture in a picture, but I tried and included that as well.4. I could tell the leg rest wasn't made to last. It felt flimsy. I was afraid to push myself up in the seat using it.5. Back rest stitching is wrinkled and uneven, probably due to the crookedness.

Pros: Fairly easy to assemble, very comfortable, I use the chair for at least ten hours a day. I take many a nap in it while reclining. Supports my 250+ pounds very well, casters roll smoothly. Like others I found the Lumbar Pillow unsatisfactory, however, I do use it as a headrest. The movable armrests work very well. Overall a great value, its features are better than other more expensive chairs. I also love the Blue Colour it is awesome!Cons: Assembling chair by only one person can be tricky, I did follow the suggestion of another customer to assemble the back to the seat BEFORE attaching the seat to the base.Lumbar Support Pillow s much too hard for me, it is even a bit hard as a headrest.Like almost all chairs of this type, the bolts will work their way loose. I tightened them monthly until I put a locking agent n the threads, solved the problem.Summary: Overall the Pros, outweigh the Cons making this chair a great buy, now if only my cats didn't love it as much as I do. ;) I spent several days looking at a multitude of different chairs, and I kept coming back to this one. If the adjusting lever were a bit longer and moved a few inches customer forward, this chair would be impossible to beat. Service is very quick and helpful they answered my questions within a day. KUDOS.

This is a great buy for the price. Is comfortable and the back massager is good (although needs direct usb connection to work which may limit your motion in the chair). The chair glides in the floor without any friction restriction (I have wood floors), no skids or marks visible in my floor. Easy to assemble, took me about 35 minutes with 2 toddlers interrupting me constantly. The seat and the back rest arrived damaged (package box was badly damaged when it was delivered), contacted customer service & submitted pictures with a statement and new parts mailed. Customer services replied within 12 hours of submitting the inquiry and answered every question, no additional charge for new parts or delivery of the parts. Overall excellent service and product.

Received the chair today. My 10 year old has been asking for a gaming chair like the people he watches on YouTube. The brand he wanted was out of my budget unfortunately. I was able to put the chair together without difficulty. After I assembled the chair he was ecstatic! He commented on how big and comfortable the chair is including the arm rest and foot rest. He loves how it reclines and said he could fall asleep in it.
