Not a miracle cure that's for sure.Ok, I'm getting old...too many pick-up basketball games, too many miles running/walking/hiking...and my knees are feeling it...so it's not the age but the miles... Regardless, it seems like every so many months I turn the wrong way or bend down and one or both of my knees "pops" and it hurts to walk for a few days or couple of weeks.So I decided to try out a couple of different "copper" knee sleeves...just to test the hype... ...and for the most part - as far as I could tell - it was hype.Over the years I've used a number of "compression" knee braces and most are bulky and awkward to wear under pants. And these aren't those kind of braces. For wearing under clothes - these are perfect...for use as an actual brace...not so much... Very thin, hose like material - not a full brace by any means.I can't say had any improvement via the "copper" effect - but can say that for basic movement around the house or while out walking - this sleeve seemed to support my knees and as I started my road to recovery - helped without the "pressure" by a full compression knee brace.I tried using these sleeves for the first few days after my injury and the pain never got better - so I switched to my neoprene brace with knee patellar support and felt almost immediate relief. As my knees improved (about 3 days), I went to my older knee patellar support strap band, and within a week was walking without a limp....and so to stick with the review - I then went back to the Copper Compression Sleeves...to see if there was any benefit - and that was when I found value in this purchase. Wearing them "after" I was pretty much mended - gave me an additional level of "brace' that didn't have the bulk of the neoprene brace or patellar band and were more comfortable to wear under pants/slacks. The fit well, not stretching so far, and were sized right according to their reference chart.In the end - I will continue to use them for when I work out (as an extra lightweight level of brace) and it I tweak a knee will start with them as a relief device (I actually carry one in my go-bad as a just-in-case) but wouldn't recommend them for purchase if you really hurt, unless you just need an extra level of support throughout the day.Oh, and after purchasing from two different vendors - I can't tell any difference between either product.

I genuinely like this copper knee sleeve. I have ordered a number of knee braces from Amazon over the years to support my weak left knee. Two of them are collecting dust in my closet because they are just so uncomfortable. They basically cut off my circulation because I have big legs. Not an issue with this brace. While it fits snugly, the designers were smart enough to figure that most people with knee issues have them because they are overweight, so there is a lot of "give" in the upper part of the brace.The brace gives makes a huge difference for me. I use it a lot when walking the trail or on the treadmill, and it definitely gives me the support that I need. The brace is of good quality, and withstands machine washing on a gentle cycle with no problem. I hang it to dry, though.My rating for this sleeve - five stars!

Excellent product. Though the sleeves are not as firm as I would have liked, they handle the day's needs very nicely and are actually more supporting than I would have thought. The upper and lower inside bands have a tackiness to them to hold position which works quite well and without any discomfort. Focus Fitness contacted me directly which I though a great touch in this impersonal world.As to the seller, Focus Fitness, they have been keenly interested in how I feel about the sleeves and that is a change for the better in this "so what" world. I appreciate their concern for product satisfaction by the customer and the follow through. The sleeves are well made and the service has been excellent on the part of Focus Fitness.

I took my measurements like the site said and measured 17" which is the end of the medium and beginning of large. I ordered the medium and it's okay. It slips a little if I don't pull it up over my thigh, which puts the lower band over the knee, and at the top of my calf, but it feels like I have more of the sleeve on my thigh than any where else. It is light, not a lot of compression. It's better than nothing for support, but I was hoping for more support. My knee tends to swell after heavy squats and deadlifts and I read that compression would help with that. This sleeve does help, but so does ice and ibuprofen! Don't think I would recommend to any one else. Glad it wasn't expensive. The letters came off before I washed it and the elastic band has never been tight.

These work great under tighter clothing, like biking tights. They also work well under shorts. They do not work under simple trousers or jeans. The jeans work against the sleeve and the sleeve falls to the ankle. Also, the printing at the top is silly and cheap. If you should require advertising on the sleeve, at least it could be embroidered. The painted on decal cracks and peels after the first wear. Not to mention, it looks terrible and ridiculous walking around with a billboard on your thigh.

This product does not fit well. For me, it is just about the right size on the bottom but too large on the top, causing it to roll down constantly. I tried to use it only when still, but it continues to roll down from the top. So, I had to turn it upside down for it to work. As a result, I can only wear it a few minutes before it cuts off circulation. I would not buy it again. It is not worth the money. If needed in the future, I will buy one made of a stiff material to prevent the rolling.

I'm so disappointed in this. I measured my knee and it said small. This would fit my elbow and tight there. The print came of as soon as it streched so thin it is totally useless. Very upset with the poor quality, will never order these again.

it hasn't helped my knee issue, and I was so helpful that it would. So I am quite disappointed.
