Mini Drone H802 RC Nano Quadcopter for Kids and Beginners Easy Sturdy Flying(Low Battery Alarm, Auto Hovering, 3D Flip, Altitude Hold, Headless Mode)

I bought this for my nephew and he is 5. The Hubsan Q4 nano I gave him started acting funny and Im trying to teach him how to fly a drone. Attempting to get him away from the swipes of a screen and onto some sticks. I just got back in from flying this with him and was pretty impressed for the price. The altitude hold works well enough for someone who has problems with the throttle. He was able to take over, pitch and roll easily and the drone didn't get out of his control. I have a DJI Mavic Air and a Hubsan X4 Storm so I have drone experience. If your looking for a drone for a younger child and you are going to learn together, this is a good starter. Five is pretty young in general but with some help getting setup its very stable and smooth. The only issues seem to be that the battery has to be removed from drone to charge and it didn't come with two batteries like I ordered. I will be taking that up with Amazon later. The propeller gaurds seem sturdy and the biggest problem I've had when I was learning was chewing through props. I have not tried the other flip functions or features but so far this was worth the asking price.

I bought it for my 3.5 y.o. son but I'm not planning to let him take the controller. Controlling is quite good and the quality of assembly is also really great for the value. Additional propellers and battery are another pro for the seller. I loved it myself so that sometimes I even play with it alone :) This drone is criticised for difficult controlling and start up but it comes with instructions on more than 5 languages and it is absolutely clear after you spend 3 or 4 minutes on checking the instructions. The controller also might have too much buttons for the beginning but after getting used to it I liked it a lot.All these is written after 1 week of playing so I cannot speak about durability right now.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased the h803 and the h802 on oct 28 , the h803 is flying around the house like a champ, but the h802 has got a motor failure so it doesnt fly at all.

It worked fine the first time using it. but after the second time of playing with it,the drone's front left motor just quit. i took the cover off, and discovered that, a soldering point was not intact any more. it is a common problem that i have seen in customer reviews. it can be fixed, but it should not be sold, until this problem is fixed. my recommendation? contact the company selling this product, and tell them the machine that is doing the soldering is off on a calibration point.

My son loved this drone and for the price was really cool and great for beginners. The downside the remote only worked for two days! Waste of money and of course upset my son.

The drone is tiny you can keep it in your pocket it is fast strong and cute because it is small I like it so much. I like to fly it after school time I fly it every day it is so easy to fly it I could fly and know all the controls very easily it is also in a great price, and it is all worth it I am glad I bought it. Yay.

Would put five stars for the deal,just flys different then the many I have had.

What can I say? This thing is great. It's my first drone/quadcopter and I couldn't be happier. It works great indoors and outdoors. It's so much fun to fly that I can't wait for the workday to end!!!The only downsides are the short battery life (5 minutes on the slow setting) and that it only includes one charger. Extra batteries and chargers can be found on GearBest for a low cost (two batteries for $10.99 shipped and chargers are about $1.30 each with free shipping). BEWARE of flying too high! I took it up about 30 feet yesterday and it just kept going and going. Lucky for me the battery ran out of juice and it came plummeting out of the sky and slammed into the street. It's a little scratched up now but still runs like a champ.
