It's an interesting design for holders. The phone drops to the bottom gripper by gravity, then side grippers would automatically sliding together and grab the phone. Nice feature of wireless charging, if the Micro USB port moves up the bottom of the holder, it will become perfect. Before this wireless charger, I need to conncet car charger to the phone, and place the phone to the holder, and tight the holder, now all I need to do is drop the phone to the holder, that's it! Works with my iPhone 8 well!

I bought this a few months ago and it's was working brilliantly until today for some reason the pin that holds the clip together that goes in to the vent has popped out of one side, which has made the cradle unusable as it will not clip in to the vent. Be very careful attaching it as very fragile aslo unfortunately I can't return it as I have missed the deadline to return item. In hindsight I will buy a cheaper cradle as won't feel bad if anything happens to it.

Was a little tricky to install but was sturdy when initially installed. It has become a little loose lately but simply had to adjust the fittings and now back to good working order. Charges consistently and works well with maps app on phone.

Easy to install, would recommend you pull the 2 rubber arms off (very easy) and add some glue then put them back on, if you have a larger phone they fall off when you remove the phone and then you have to spend ages finding it

This is the best holder of its type that I have found, after trying over 15 of them. Its wireless and all that works as it should but the way it mounts is unique and the best system ive seen yet. the clamp that grabs the aircon vent isnt some flimsy spring loaded type that works it way loose it actually has a thumb screw to tighten it and clamp it on the the vent so its not going anywhere. Drop the phone in and lift out with no buttons and one handed. Its about perfect or at the very least the best ive found

The product is pretty wide so doesn't always fit comfortably on the vent. It also pulls away somewhat when pulling the phone in and out. The rubber 'clamps' also fall off if you're not careful, so it's definitely a 2-handed operation. Also, it won't charge using a Samsung flip case (with the flip wrapped around the back), so no good for Android Auto on the phone. Disappointed generally for my needs, but I can see it working well for others. The charging is reasonably fast at least.

The holders came off on the first day and the vent holder didn't hold right enough so my phone would often flop down. Very disappointed.
