I randomly had some that did and some didn’t. I always just ordered a pump too.

We put an expiration date of 18 months. It usually will keep for a few years though as long as it doesn't get cross contaminated with other food or water. You will know if the sugars start to crystalize.

Can you use it for an apple martini?

I really wouldn't suggest using it for Martinis. I think the syrup is to sweet & thick.
