Bought as a backup for stays in hotels with dodgy/non-existent ventilation/cooling systems this summer. Not impressed after putting this through its paces.1. When tested with a room thermometer within 3 feet of the outlet for 15 minutes, air temperature remained the same, so 'air cooler' is a misnomer and 'air conditioner' is a misrepresentation. It may make you feel cooler when the moist air hits you, but it is not cooling the air and therefore the device has no advantage over a regular fan.2. The fan sounds coarse and seems quite noisy, even though the decibel level at 1, 2 and 3 fan speeds ranges between 38 and 41 dB as stated, and around 50 at storm force. This noise from this device would definitely stop me sleeping, so defeats the object. In comparison, my large bladeless tower fan that I sleep through manages a truly whisper quiet 28 dB.3. After deciding that I wasn't going to use the device any time soon, I tried to empty the water tank - seemed to be a simple matter of tipping it into the sink. But there is another small reservoir below the water tank that doesn't empty easily - although if you tip it at a certain angle, the water comes out through all the joins in the device, which is concerning. I certainly don't want water to sit in the machine while not in use either - so this is a poor design feature.In my opinion, an expensive, noisy and ineffective option for a fan.

This air cooler is so nice for my living room. It's easy to set basically just plug in and filling the water tank. It can cooling quickly, the 4 models is functional. 3 fan speeds with 120 oscillating are very good. It's low noise cooling too. I especially love the timing function that can automatically shuts off. Recommend.

This air conditioner is lightweight and cute which means you can carry it with you. It comes with a remote control, with an option to rotate aswell as three modes to choose from and it can also hold water.

It’s not an air conditioner, it’s a fan. For £65 it’s a rip off and I feel completely misled by what is advertised vs. What I got. There are fans for £10 on Amazon that do the same job.
