How do I return to the company? A seam split and it leaks. It has a one year warranty

I brought the mattress little over a year ago. If has a one year warranty. BAMM. What one year three weeks starts leaking. I was told by Amazon you would replace it. Any suggestions how you want the old back. Trash it? Box it up and you take it. You give me my money back and I buy a new one? What? My apologies it was three months later. Still Amazon said they would replace it some how.

how do we patch a tiny hole in the flocked side of the mattress??

I used GEL superglue, because it's thick, and doesn't run into the hole. Blow up the air mattress, put on a glob of the glue, then patch with a piece of duct tape. be sure there is glue under most of the duct tape. You don't need a giant patch - I patched a quarter inch nick five years ago and my duct tape piece is only about an inch square. A little patch can move with the mattress; a large patch might crack. Our mattress gets a lot of use, and that little patch has never failed.

Hello, we do not at this time. We are releasing a twin and are looking to release a King size in Q1 of 2018. Our Queen is one of the larger queens we have seen in the market.

I ordered the California King because it was rated for 800lbs capacity according to advertisement but says 600lbs on the box which is it?

I would use the box weight. I purchased the queen size a year ago and have slept comfortably on it every night. I inflated after 4 months and just recently inflated again. Love it
