WE love adding cooked wheat berries to breakfast oatmeal or waffles. They had flavor and texture. I also use them cooked for salads, vegetarian chili and in soups. Cooked berries added to my sour dough bread create a great and interesting loaf.

I used the Kitchenaid Grain Mill to mill my own whole-wheat flour with this product. The resulting bread was outstanding. The grain is fresh and flavorful. No comparison to the WW Flour I bought at Safeway. Only downside is the price. If you buy a true bulk quantity of hard red wheat, you can get it down to 1/2 what I paid for this.

Some of the best wheatgrass I’ve ever grown. Sprouts quickly and the taste is amazing. I used the 10x10 trays and had really good luck with it. I hope this helps you

Used this wheat to make rotis, pizzas, bread and pita bread. Very good quality albeit a bit expensive. Switched back to the Greatriver valley wheat which is organic as well but a lot cheaper than this product.

I'm using this winter grain for bread baking. Bread flour, rolled oats, molasses and walnuts belong to my recipe. You need to wash and dry the seeds and grind them to flour. You will get a nutritious health nut bread you can bake in a bread machine.

Super fast shipping and it’s a great product, however the bag was not 5 pounds. I weighed it on my scale and it was 4lbs.. a bit disappointing as a whole pound is missing from what I paid for.
