We love this chair! It is super soft and comfortable! Very happy with our purchase.

Update: seller communicated back to me and sent me another chair. This one went together easier although it did take a little of finagling. It’s a very pretty chair and the seat is very firm. My husband says it feels good to sit in as he has a bad back. He’s about 280 lbs and it held him just fine. The legs are adjustable to level if floor is uneven. Overall it’s a nice chair. Upon receiving the chair all parts were there. However when I put the back of.chair into the base the screw holes do not line up. I contacted the company and it’s taking days to get a response. If they resolve the issue I will update.

it looks nice, but it can’t really be used because the back slants forward in a very strange way
