This bag is perfect for my bike rides. It accommodates my wallet, keys, phone, and other knick-knacks well. The CCW compartment is great and can hold up to a compact comfortably, a full-size would be a stretch. I can see this being used for other activities, but I mainly use it for my bike runs. It also has the option to purchase a belt that converts this to a fanny pack, which is a great feature, but I haven't tried that yet. All in all, it is a great chest pack.
