Overall good shed
Overall it is a good shed considering the cost. However, you will need to do somethings to make sure it is weather proof. Second make sure you get the right flooring kit for it. There are several different types which I didn't know so I got the wrong one which means certain screw holes don't line up. It was a relatively quick fix as I just drilled new holes for the screws but it is something they don't tell you. The next thing is get clear silicon caulk as you will want to use this to caulk the screws on the roof to make them water tight as you screw them in and all around it. The plastic washers they give you will not seal it. Also the weather tape they give you is cheap and will leak so buy your own thicker with tar and run it on the seam at the top. I didn't because I was tired of going to the hardware store, even though I knew it was going to be a problem. I tested it with a hose and sure enough it leaked. You need to do it as you build the roof as you can't do it after because the way it is designed. I ended up putting the weather tape across in strips instead of on longer piece down the middle (more time and much harder). For the flooring I used plywood but make sure on the underside you put a barrier stapled to it so it keeps moisture from damaging the underside. Anyways hopefully this is helpful. It probably took me for one person about 2 full days to build. Finally on the inside to keep the temperature down I bought the Styrofoam sheet insulation with the foil on one side and used liquid nails to glue it to the sides and ceiling which strengthened it from dents and keeps the temperature down about 15-20 degrees. For the ceiling I used curtain rods to hold it up until it was fastened. With everything the shed I built cost me about 1500.00.
