Quality supplement!!!
I have been taking these Evening Primrose Oil softgels for many many years now. I feel better and love that I am getting my omega 6 fatty acids from a quality product. I take one a day. This is something I don't get enough in my regular diet. They are large softgels but are easy to swallow. I buy these on a regular basis.

Availability and price are both good!
The local vitamin store I use is frequently out of Evening Primrose Oil capsules. So far, these have always been available when I order them through Amazon. This brand seems to be just as effective as what I'd get at the vitamin store. The price is also good.

While I like this product the shipping time makes it hard to manage.
I need quite a high dosage of EPO to alleviate my messed-up hormones from menopause so the demand for my EPO is quite high. I like this product and the cost, but the shipping time is hard to deal with. I know that Prime shipping has spoiled me, but this product takes up to 14 days to reach me. For instance, I placed my current order on 7/1/24 and it is supposed to arrive 7/10/24 through USPS. Even when I pay for priority shipping it takes 7 days. I can't figure out why on earth it takes so long. Is it coming from another county?? Also, a concern is that I live in Florida and it is hot right now. The package is delivered in your mailbox, and I am always worried I will find it melted.
