I ordered this Nutricost HMB unflavored powder to add to my protein powder. I can't taste it over my chocolate protein powder. No stomach issues. I hope it's working to preserve muscle tissue and speed up repair. I can't really tell yet. Good price for what you get. Looks like a fine white powder.

This HMB powder has been a great addition to my fitness routine. It mixes well, has no weird taste, and I like that it’s gluten-free and non-GMO. I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts, and the amount you get in the container lasts a while. Great value and quality!

This stuff is amazing. I originally bought it because I had read in a study that it helps with recovery. So mind you, I am taking it for just this and nothing more but WOW, this thing has made me much stronger and much more explosive and my muscle mass has increased substantially. If you are athlete or/and you workout consistently. You need to be taking this . I take it with creatine, taurine & electrolytes. This stuff works. Although it’s amazing, the taste and smell are somewhat chemically and disgusting but I’m not drinking this for the taste . Another issue, it doesn’t really dissolve that well so you have to either put it in a shaker cup and shake the living freak out of it. It doesn’t really cause stomach upsets and I usually take it on empty stomach . The texture of this is very fine, more fiber than creatine.

I use it for working out and I used to take it in the 1990's. its a great value for the money and its effective in helping you lift weights in the gym.
