Avoid. This is Summer Sausage, not Moskovskaya Kalbasa.
Firstly, I received the Ivanko brand of Moskovskaya, not Schmaltz's - Schmaltz's is good but fatty.I am well aware of the spectrum of what constitutes Moskovskaya Kalbasa: imagine a spectrum which ranges from a sausage akin to a Slavic spiced salami to a thick, garlicky Eastern European smoked sausage with a coarse ground or chopped.Never an overcooked spam tasting summer sausage like this garbage.Imagine summer sausage without curing spices, but rather an underspiced Polish sausage flavor packet with a very chemical tasting preservative mixed in. Then picture this summer sausage being a combination of organ meats and lard overboiled to a texture akin to a cross between latex and a hot dog with deposits of lard throughout, never smoked. This is a very unsatisfying product.To describe the taste it's akin to canned corned beef crossed with spam with the same chemical used to preserve spam kicking in to a greater degree to make this summer sausage barely palatable.This is not in any way shape or form Moscow style smoked sausage. It is a spam stick. And it is vile.Will not buy again. $20 is way too much for this product. $5 is too much for this product. I would avoid it if offered free. Old Wisconsin or Clem's is better summer sausage by leaps and bounds. Buy this product at your own risk.Avoid this product. Shun other Ivanko meat products as the overpriced garbage that they are. Schmaltz's is OK, fatty Moskovskaya: that's your best bet if you don't have a local Eastern European sausage shop.

Authentic kielbasa, just like I used to buy in Russia. I thought it was funny that it was shipped in a wrapped envelope package, but it didn’t suffer any damage. It made it quickly without any harm, no complaints, and tasty for everyone that tried it too.

Don't look at image
The sausage is very different form the order image. The sausage has match more fat.

Too much fat and water
Fat content is very high. Not the real moskobskaya. Some kind of cheap immitation. And it was unusually soft. Full of fluid.
