High quality material with great thermal response.
This is one of the best frying pans that we had in our kitchen in a long time. From a thermal response point of view it is absolutely perfect! Quick to heat it up, quick to cool it down. Perfect heat diffusion. The bottom remains flat no matter how hot it gets. Perfect for ceramic stove-tops as well as induction cooking.It's hard to believe but before the teflon coating revolution of the 1970s (and later junk chemical coating of sorts on aluminum junk) all frying pans used to be made with quality steel which, with minimal know how, performed as well as today's "non-stick" materials.The formula has not changed: warm-up your stainless steel pan on medium heat for a couple of minutes. Then oil it with a small quantity of high burning-point vegetable oil, like olive oil, and spread it until it covers the bottom of the pan. Then start cooking.Most of the time you should run your pan at medium or medium-high temperatures. Occasionally you may have to go to high heat but briefly. If you consistently run your pan at high or highest settings then there probably is a problem with your cooking style or you are cooking some very out of ordinary dishes.When you're done cooking empty it right away. Discard any remaining fat and let it cool down to room temperature first. Then fill it with soapy water and let it rest for 15 mn before hand washing it. Do not use steel wool.It was that simple then, it is that simple now.

They are NOT nonstick
The pans came beautifully packaged and looked great out of the box. Contrary to the claims on the description, everything sticks to them. I only used the large one twice and both times food stuck to it. I strictly used the pan according to instructions. The pan looks horrible and it's very hard to clean. I include pictures. It has stains where food stuck. It's impossible to clean it completely. I did not use the small one and I don't plan to. I am returning this product. I have a stainless steel pot that is at least 8 years old and it looks 100% better than this pan! I regret buying this set.

Unless a lot of oil is used, everything sticks
The cookware is beautiful and of good quality. Ater receiving the pans, I followed all instructions carefully. I did the same the first time I cooked with them. I attempted to cook some fried potatoes for breakfast in the 10 inch pan. They stuck badly. I fried two eggs in the smaller pan, and they were fine. The next day I attempted to scramble eggs in the smaller pan and they also stuck.In a positive note, they were easy to clean, once again following manufactures instructions.I found that they are only good for frying a few things and with the use of more oil than I prefer to cook with.

SLOW GO AT BEST
The frying pans look great out of the box, but looks don't help much when the pans are put to test. I followed the instructions including cleaning before use with a vinegar and dish detergent solution. I put both pans to test by frying eggs. Both past the test, OK, but that involved keeping the gas burner on low. I used about two tablespoons of oil in both (a lot more than I normally use). I use only olive or coconut oil.A few days later I tried using the large pan to cook half a bag of hash brown potatoes, not impressive. In spite of an overabundance of oil and medium to low heat, the potatoes stuck to the pan. I used coconut oil. Two days later I tried the large pan again to finish off the bag but used olive oil instead. Potatoes stuck as before. Tonight I made a spinach omelet and that worked out Ok, but the heat was never about the low setting. There was a small amount of sticking, but nothing worth complaining about. At this point, my opinion is these frying pans will work out OK, but you have to slow down, and you better use healthy cooking oil, because, with these pans, you will definitely increase your oil consumption. I do like the idea of stainless. All those fancy coated pans eventually fail and start contaminating your food.

Though this item is new in Amazon, the first time I saw the main picture of the product, I was attracted. There is everything I want to know in the listing,including the details of the product, the size, advantages, scope of use, method of use, and lifetime warranty. This is awesome. I did not hesitate to place an order. When I received the pans, it looked the same as what I saw in the details. It was very efficient, easy to boil the water without a big fire. I can put them directly into the dishwasher without worrying about cleaning. Everything is simple and simple is the best!

Great pans!
I’ve used these pans for a couple of weeks. No complaints at all! They were well packaged. Quality is very good for the price. I realized I didn’t know how to use stainless steel pots correctly before. I am using these everyday and got rid of non-stick coated pans. Haven’t burned the pot or stuck food at all! I like the design too.One thing you should remember before using it. Wipe the pans with vegetable-oiled cloth in and out thoroughly and rinsed. Then boil vinegar water about 15mins to get rid of remaining fine toxic compounds that they used for shining surface.

Good value pans!!!
As a housewife, I cook a lot of food every day for my husband and two kids. I am glad that I chose this stainless steel pan set made by Dilicis. It looks very upscale in my small kitchen. Of course, if I cook less, I will use the smaller one. When I need to cook for the whole family, I can use the 10-inch pan. The handle would not get hot easily, and it needs to preheat before cooking and the add some butter or oil as you like, then it will be used like a nonstick pan. It only takes one minute to wash two pans which is sooooo convenient. After washing, I can hang up through the small holes in the handle. Definitely recommend this product!!
