Thin, Sticky, Cheap, and Wrong Gripp
The outer material is VERY THIN, feels sticky, and bound to rip. This also isn't Gripp 2 like I ordered. I came across a Gripp 2 in person and liked how that one felt which is why I ordered one for myself. This one has beads in it and not anything like the one I expected. Over priced for the wrong, cheaply made item.

good resistance, best stress ball!
I bought this to strengthen my arms and hands. The resistance/density forces me to work and grip it. I keep it in the car and squeeze the **** out of it when traffic starts to get to me, or I'm running late. I recommend it to people who need a fidget or anxiety management tool. Breathe!

Softer, foam-feel
This gripper feels like a FOAM product. If you're looking for something relatively SOFT, with light to moderate resistance, this is the ball for you. This has more resistance than just pure "foam" such as a "rubber ducky," but not so much that it will hurt your hand. I purchased this one for finger arthritis/"trigger finger" issues, and it works very nicely. There are other grip balls out there that contain "sand" or something like it, along with trapped air, and have a light to HEAVY resistance, and weigh about a pound.
