I purchased this bike for my family and i and it arrived before the scheduled delivery. It was easy to assemble, and within 30-45 mins i was pedaling and burning calories. The frame is extremely well built, and handlebars/seat are fully adjustable. The color is vibrant and has super smooth rotation when in full stride. This bike is semi-commercial and is definitely heavy duty. Im impressed with thequality and its very good value for money. I would seriously recommended this to anyone looking for a high performance fitness/exercise bike. Thumbs Up all the way! A+

My bike arrived on time and in near perfect condition. There was a bit of damage to the box, resulting in a tiny chip in the paint, but nothing I can't live with. It was easy to assemble (I would recommend 2 people, I did it by myself but it was pretty hard to do alone) and all the parts and tools were included. The bike seems great so far, I think it was a great value for what I paid. It's also very quiet, which is fantastic! The computer part is very basic, but that's all I needed anyway.

Love this bike! I do spin classes regularly and this is very durable and love the resistance bands!

Bought this bike but ultimately returned it for a Sunny bike which on comparison was lighter and better constructed. This bike is very heavy/bulky which is good for some, mine had an issue with the wheel vibrating to an unusable degree. Good-- the flywheel is heavier. Other bad-- you can notice the weld job which is a little sloppy. I expected better-- mine had a defect but for many this would be a very good bike.

A little sad the connector from the bike to the display was broken when unpacked box. But despite that, bike looks like great quality. Easy to put together. Seat a little narrow for my taste so replaced it with more wide comfy one. Sad I noticed the broken piece when I was almost done assembling it and that it wont be able to read my speed and calories.

This is the way that theybrought it to my house, plus it say that "Fragile", it was all mess up and when I lift it up there was little insects on the bottom of the box.

Disclaimer: We assembled this bike ourselves. My husband has been assembling bikes since 2009, so user error should be ruled out, but it could've been a problem if this bike's assembly is different from every other bike ever made.I rode the bike for ~20 minutes without a problem, but 5 minutes into my husband's first ride the threads on the crank arms both ruptured and the pedals dropped out (see photos). As a fixed-gear machine he was lucky it didn't cause an injury because the arms continued spinning after the pedals popped off. If you have any power in your riding style at all be wary of these pedals falling off under pressure.

We purchased this bike - brand new - and it has been nothing but trouble. Complete waste of money. The quality is poor, the assembly was a nightmare. In the seven months we've had it, both pedals have broken off, the seat has broken off, and the bike "shakes" every time we ride it. A completely horrible investment. When I tried to contact the company, they basically said it wasn't their problem. Do not waste your money on this item.
