I highly recommend! I came across this product while searching for something that will help with pain and soreness from a pinched nerve in my neck. It has definitely given me relief and I was able to stop taking pain medication after a few uses. It is easy to use and charges pretty fast. The quality is great for the price I paid.

I absolutely love this rechargeable and portable heated massager! The different intensity levels and modes make it perfect for working on different joints of my body and I love that I control whether or not I want heat. The fact that it’s rechargeable is amazing and you aren’t tied to a wall plug! It has helped ease my low back pain and also helps to loosen muscles knots in my neck that causes severe headaches! I am so glad I settled on this particular product.

Works well - wish it was a bit smaller for travel purposes.

Do NOT get the cordless version. Only runs for 15 minutes after charging for several hours. The other corded plug-in version works great, but NOT the cordless. (also it must be charged to use, you cannot directly plug it in and use when the battery is dead.)

It’s great! I have a nerve problem with my left shoulder, after you learn how to hold it where you need it, it feels great!

Battery life is unreliable, with no meter to show how much run time might be remaining and no ability to run on wall-power. Works great when it wants to work, but it's always a gamble whether it'll give you ten minutes or two. That said, customer service was fantastic. If they update this in the future with an upgraded battery system, I'd probably buy it.

I have tried this Nekteck massager for a week now and love it so much better than a similar Restek massager that I have, but rarely use anymore. The difference between this one and my other one, is that the massaging numbs on this one better mimic an actual hand massage, while the massaging numbs on the other one are bit too big and too high, and just not spaced/sized as well, making its use quite uncomfortable. The very first time I used this Nekteck massager, it felt genuinely like someone's hands massaging me right off the bat. The heat on this massager is amazing as well. It takes just a few minutes to get up to temperature, and when it does, it really penetrates into the skin and muscles and is so incredibly soothing. It's the perfect amount of heat - not too strong and not too weak, but just right. Ahhhh! The arms on this massager are longer than my other massager and also adjustable, unlike my other massager, and these arms were much more comfortable to use. This massager is also much lighter and less bulky than my other one, and far easier for me to use as well. I have used this on back, shoulders, neck, and calves, and really feel that it has helped my aches and pains tremendously. I just wish I had gotten this massager first, because my other massager was more expensive and I don't even use it at all anymore. I will definitely be giving the Restek one away now that I have this much better Nekteck massager! This one is perfect for me!

It sits on your shoulders and the massage balls rotate around each other to give you quite a strong massage. I haven't used it anywhere other than my shoulders but I notice that I no longer have a creaking neck. It heats up too but not sure if this is really necessary. The cycle is for 15 minutes which I find perfect. Well boxed and easy to understand instructions. I have it permanently plugged in next to my sofa and use it 3 - 4 times a week. Nice bit of kit. Would recommend.

For those who like a firm back/shoulder massage, I found you need to half-lie on it and adjust positioning to how you like it. It is good then, however, not as convenient as I would like. Not enough pressure if just draped around you shoulders or even velcroed into position. However, for the price it is worth it. Doesn't come with an adaptor, but if you have your general assortment of laptops/phones/headphones etc tech, you probably will have the right adaptor in your collection. Build quality was decent. Am 1 week into using it.

I recently purchased the Nekteck Cordless Neck and Back Massager, expecting a convenient and easy-to-use device. While the massager itself works well and provides good relief for muscle tension, I was disappointed to find that it does not come with a charger. This was not clearly mentioned in description. Require a separate charger purchase (5V/ 24watt), not usually found at home, adding extra cost. If you’re considering buying this, be aware that you need to purchase a compatible charger separately.
