Versatile & Complete package
We’ve had these for 2 months now. They are crystal clear and with great on our phone and on the portable screen. I appreciate that they came with wall mounts. This replaced our Nanit because I wanted a screen for grandparents & babysitter without sharing in app. Also like that there is no subscription.

Awesome Baby Monitor!
Really convenient baby monitor! I love having 2 monitors built into one to be able to see both children!

Like a smartphone that won’t make calls
We have been using this monitor for three months (after our Infant Optics monitor suddenly decided it was out of range). This was an upgrade – we joked that we had acquired the Cadillac of baby monitors. TLDR: It was amazing until the audio stopped working properly. Pros: - Video quality is almost good enough to make a motion picture film. Day or night, you can see all kinds of details (way beyond baby’s chest rising and falling). - The split screen feature allows you to see two rooms at once (BUT please keep reading). - Battery life is great – it lasts overnight easily, which was a big complaint with our previous monitor. - Daily app use is easy and makes it possible to not carry around the handheld unit. You can check on baby’s room from anywhere. Cons: - By design, the monitor transmits audio from one camera, not both. It can’t even toggle back-and-forth based on noise level. I knew this before purchasing based on reviews, and was willing to do the split screen mode, which cycles from one camera to the other, and hear audio only for the camera currently displayed. - After our baby was born three weeks ago when we started using both cameras/split-screen mode in earnest, we realized that they are not reliably detecting audio. Of course, this meant that mama got up expecting to find the newborn sound asleep, but he was instead screaming ballistically. Pretty unnerving when you have a 2 week old. As we tested it further, we confirmed that its audio detection is very selective; clicking a pen 8 feet away is very loud, but baby crying 2 feet away is inaudible. The bottom line is, unless you want a video-only monitor, don’t buy this. We like the picture enough that we are getting a cheap audio-only monitor to see if we can keep the rest of our setup the same- we’re juggling a toddler and a newborn, and who has time to reinvent the wheel? We did not attempt contacting support because other recent reviewers reported the same issues with audio failing. - Once you have the monitor set up, do not try changing the Wi-Fi network. We figured this out the hard way – even my husband, who works in IT and has plenty of experience with hardware, spent at least an hour reconfiguring each time there was a change (like spending a weekend with grandparents or resetting when our Wi-Fi password changed). If you do attempt to travel with it, be sure that network is 2.4, not 5 GHz; the monitor is incompatible with 5 GHz networks and will not allow you to complete setup. - As others have noted, only one user can manage cameras using the mobile app. Our workaround was to install the app on both of our phones, then use the same login. Ultimately, we definitely would not buy this again because reliable audio is the main purpose of any baby monitor. It is disappointing that no one has truly cornered the market on monitors, particularly those hooked up to Wi-Fi.

Great monitor
I have 3 cameras connected and they work great. Battery life is very good, was easy to set up and have not had any connectivity issues thus far. Only issue I really have is sometimes the picture quality at night is super cloudy and hard to see for some reason. That and not really an issue but personal annoyance I guess you could say.. it’s annoying how long you have to hold down the power button to turn it on or off. Overall I enjoy using this system

Only 1 can monitor
Great when having two kids and each in separate rooms. Only concern is that only one person can sign in to monitor the cameras. Would be nice to have extra accounts.

Not good for twins!
Not good for twins at all! Maybe for a single baby it would work fine, but definitely not for two- even if you have them in the same room like I do. I loved the camera at first because the sound was very crisp along with the picture/ night vision. Progressively the sound kept getting fainter and last night I didn’t wake up to my babies crying. Also, I have two thermometers in my babies room that tell me the temperature is between 68 and 72° but the cameras keep alerting me that it is above 72. I could just mute/turn off the thermometer alarm, but I do want to know when it is too hot or too cold in the room, so the thermometer is just not accurate. In terms of the split screen, it was very nice to be able to see them at the same time, but it is pointless for when you are sleeping. But it only plays the sound of the camera that you are on (even when you are on split screen, you have to select one or the other) so you never wake up to the other baby crying. I have the sound on the low setting because it is so sensitive and even when my cat jumps on the cat tree from the next room over, it sets off the alarm so if I did not have the alarm muted, it would go off at least 300 times throughout the night. even though it picks up on small noises like that, it couldn’t even detect my second baby crying from 7 feet away in the same room. In all, the sound and thermometer were nonfunctional in the end (this morning no sound came through the monitor at all for either of the cameras), but if they were functional, I would recommend this for one baby! I will be buying them the momcozy single camera (2 of them so they both have their own monitor) and I pray the sound and thermometer work!

Great purchase, EASY to set up!
After having two other camera systems this is by far superior!! It’s incredibly easy to setup and use! It’s a nice size monitor that allows me to see both kids at the same time! Battery life is great and it’s easy to charge as well. The VOX setting was a little hard to figure out but a quick google search helped do the trick! Bonus: comes with an app so loved ones can also see your child/children!

Better than Vtech
We are about 3 months into use and love these. They have great range and camera clarity. The alert features work well and the monitor can easily go a night or two on one charge. The app works really well too! After going through 5 Vtech cameras in 3 years I hope this hold up better!
