Don’t stay warm very long
These get really hot initially out of the microwave but it only lasts about 5 min. I didn’t have much luck using these as breast pads. But my baby does need a colostomy bag so I set the wipes and adhesive products on these to warm them before applying to his skin. It helps seal the adhesive after putting the bag on too. But I doubt anyone else is coming here to purchase for that reason.If you’re having problems with recurring clogged ducts, I recommend sunflower lecithin - life saver!

Works well
The cold works well for engorged breasts - I put them in the freezer. I haven’t tried them warm yet and you have to boil them for 10 mins which is a bit of a pain, these would be better if you could microwave them.They fit well and the covers are easy to put on/ take off.

Easy and convenient
I love that these are formed to the breast so you can stick them in your bra and keep hands free! The one thing I don't like is that they start out really hot so I have to pull them out a couple times because they're burning me.

I’ve only used them once for cold use so far. They don’t fit in the clothe covers very easily.

Broke after 30 days Use
I only used this product for about 30 days. One of the gel pads snapped in half in the freezer.

Best for breastfeeding moms
It works great especially for breastfeeding. I have been having engorged breasts lately and clogged duct. I was in pain. This product does hot and cold. I was able to unclogged the duct with warm compress. Thank you .
