Works great. I saw a review saying you have to pack this thing and it wont use cartridges. Thats completely false. It takes the 14oz cartridges and works perfectly. I bought mystik No 2 and loaded it just fine. It dont leak, it works fine. That review down below screams of someone who dont know how to use a grease gun or its just a junk bot. Im sure you will see that review as you scroll. Take that nonsense with a grain of salt. As for the longevity of this gun, time will tell, but I dont have any reservations about it. Feels really solid

I bought a 3oz mini grease gun from HF because I didn't think i needed a large one for my Camaro suspension, I should have just got this one to start with! This one worked way better and easy with the quick connect fitting! It feels very solid and heavy and comes with warranty. I'd buy again!

Takes a standard 14 oz grease tube.I put teflon tape on all the joints ahead of time, and gently tightened with pliers. Didn't see any leakage, other than some minor extrusion around the hex bolt in the front.The nozzle is, as many mention, hard to remove from the zerk fitting after pressure build-up. The trick seems to be to loosen the coupler piece until pressure is released, then it comes off easy enough. It's kind of a pain, hence the 1 star off. If I were using this in high volume, I'd get the locknlube coupler, but I only need to grease up the mower once in a while.The piston handle lock design is very neat, with the little metal tab that holds it out automatically, until pressed. It is a bit tough to release the tab under tension, the trick is to pull on the handle some while pressing the tab, then it releases easily.No comment on durability, since I only used it once so far.

Just had to adjust the grease tip to get off the zerk a little easier but wasn't near as bad I had others get stuck really happy with this grease gun no leaks easy-to-use I m going to order another one when I can for vehicles and mower use

Revised, I have to say, this Company's Customer Service is very good. They took care of me very well on this matter.So I have had this for almost a year. The quality of it is good, but the ID of the tube will not use a cartridge so you have to hand pack it, OR, you can buy a grease tube and transfer the grease into the tube. It also leaks grease out of the end buy the Tee handle. I've been a auto mechanic for 40 years, this gun is good quality, but not being able to put a cartridge into it is a pain and with it leaking, it make a mess. Makes me not want them. I bought 2 and one is still in the box. I might just throw them in the trash. I'm not happy spending money on stuff that does not work like it should.

Excellent grease gun - I love the air vent at the top. Easy to prime and works very well.
