This worked great. Attached it to my bike... Put an old iPad on it and I was off spinning in no time. Solid build and attached well to the handle bars. Great quality and value.

We purchased this in March of this year for a exercise bike and a small Kindle. It worked great until yesterday. In re-adjusting it snapped at the ball joint like that shown by another customer. DHYSTAR states it's warranted through them for a year but I can't find any way to contact them. Help! It's too bad because it worked so well. Just a weak design at the ball socket.8/17/2019 update:My original rating was 1 star. I finally figured out how to contact the seller. On 8/7 I left a message and was contacted by the seller the same day. I was told a replacement would be sent as soon as they became available again in the Amazon warehouse. I constantly received email from Lily YU with updates as to shipping and delivery date. There was no question about the one that failed. DHYSTAR does stand behind their product. I received the replacement today as they told me. I give them 4 stars for great product support. Thank you Lily.

I read the mixed reviews for this Dhystar bike tablet holder, but still purchased it recently because another previously purchased Dhystar model (clamp on) was not available. This version broke apart after three uses. It just did not securely hold the iPad in position, and broke apart with my attempts to get it positioned. It was able to hold both the iPad and iPhone, but swiveling for appropriate position was a disaster..

Steady, secure and easy to install. I use it for my stationary bike in order to watch instructional videos etc while working out. I've used it for a few months now with no issues.

Liked it a lot until it broke after only 4 months of using it. I went to tighten the swivel nut it just broke into pieces. Very disappointing.

This is a great biking mount for your phone. Large enough for my IPhone 8 plus.. Simple and quick attachment. I would recommend to a friend.

I got this for my cruiser bike that I have on a magnetic stand to ride it indoors in the winter. I could not figure out how to work this at first, but then released it to widen it so it could fit my old iPad mini. I am satisfied with it and feel it is well made.

It works well. Holds my Kindle Oasis perfectly and fits nice and tight on my spin bike!

Easy to install, keeps my tablet secure while riding my stationary bike. Would recommend to friends and family.

This has made it possible for me to read while cycling. The weight of the tablet does force the thing to swivel so half the tablet rests on the bar while the mount holds the other half. No issues with the phone.

Very versatile as it works great for holding a smartphone or tablet plus it can be pivoted in all different configurations. I am extremely happy with this product.

Worked well initially. Was not used often but plastic ball that allows you to tilt and turn broke and the mount is now useless.
