Amazing for back stretches

I have lower back pain and have had since I was 15. It got to its worst in 2014 when I had to seek Chiropractic treatment. A long story short, on occasion my back requires some stretching and this device works well. I've only got it on the first setting as advised. I was going to start on the second setting but the first is difficult enough. I call it the STD (spinal torture device) as it hurts to begin with. A lot. I have to lie gently on it and slowly let my muscles relax which takes a few minutes. Once relaxed I can feel my back ease. This does become easier after repeated use. Once done, it says to roll off to one side and rest. This is what I do - only 'rest' = 'roll into the foetal position'. It makes me feel winded for 10 seconds or so. It turns out I'm not built to be a gymnast which comes as no great surprise. It sounds grisly but it really does help with the stretches. The spikes are meant to do something with pressure points but to be honest they're the least of your worries as curving your spine the wrong way causes the most grief. All to good effect though. On the whole I would recommend by STD to anybody.

Es algo muy sencillo, ocupa poco espacio pero se siente de buena calidad. Unos cuantos minutos al día ayudan a relajar y a liberar la tensión de la espalda.

This device has been excellent for stretching and relaxing the muscles in my back, I feel so much better and sleeping better at night rather than feeling stiff and uncomfortable. Very much worth the money!
