This is my first experience with a weighted blanket, and I have to say I'm very much enjoying it so far. It's quite soft in its material, feels fairly warm without being too much so having it draped over you. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now, and my sleep quality with it has been nothing short of fantastic. It's definitely thick so you won't be accidentally throwing it off you in the night, but not overwhelming in its gentle weighted functionality. My advice would be to make sure to check your measurements on sizing in ratio to your own weight/bed size as I'm told it's very much important to maximize your experience.On the information pamphlet that came with it, it had some hesitation on washing, so you don't wanna be tossing it in the washer/dryer too much or it'll damage the material. Highly recommend this blanket!

Beautiful color! The one I bought is 25 pounds and it is SO comforting. I have a problem with falling asleep and the first night I laid under this blanket I was out like a light. My niece laid under it and I sent her the link and she just bought one herself. Love it!

This was a gift. I bought it for a woman that battles with chronic pain and depression. She had mentioned that the weight of a heavy blanket might help both conditions and her birthday was coming up so I bought it. I actually bought one that was too heavy. She had to have help from her husband just to get out of bed, lol.So word to the wise, maybe buy one a tad bit lighter if you're unsure. Otherwise, this thing is wonderful! It's been washed several times and has help up remarkably well. I'm actually considering one for myself.

I’ve had this for almost a year now, and so worth the price. Though, it’s best for when it’s not too hot or cold, I find myself doubling up with another cover under this when it’s cold and maybe a little too hot when it’s real hot. But the pressure felt so good the first week of sleeping with it I would fall asleep so fast. It still feels good but if you sleep with it every night you feel it less yk. No rips or tears so far, everything is good just try not to eat on it cause you don’t wanna put it in the washing machine or anything.

I got this because of restless legs while sleeping and I have tried everything. It goes right over my existing blankets and adds an extra layer of warmth. Sleep has improved and isnt too thick! It is a haul to move it though since it is weighted!

Bought this as a gift, my cousin loved it ! Great quality and value for the money. Definitely the weight that it says. Its soft as well. As for washing im not sure how he has washed it but im assuming it wouldn't be able to be washed in a conventional washer machine, would most likely need to be professionally cleaned.
