They really help with the heat and even keep the bugs away. So far, so good! Also rechargeable So this unit is great for one person in 100 or less dry degrees and no breeze. It runs a long time on a single charge, puts out a fine mist and is small, quite small which is why I say it is for one person only. At a distance beyond 4 feet the impact is minimal. So, know that it is small and has limitations but it will run long on a single charge, uses a small amount of water and is effective to a point. The lightweight construction allows for easy portability, and I love that I can use it indoors or outdoors without being tethered to a power outlet. The built-in hook is a thoughtful touch, making it possible to hang upside down from a patio awning or tent, brackets! I am using it at my desk in a sun room for some breeze on my face while I’m working, but will definitely be using while camping or on the patio to keep cool and keep the bugs off.

Unfortunately, after charging it straight out of the box, it wouldn’t power on at all. No fan. No light. Nothing. I missed Amazon’s 30‑day return window because I spent days trying to get it working. That alone was incredibly frustrating. Worse, other buyers seem to be reporting the exact same issue. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated defect but a pattern: items arriving DOA. I can’t stress this enough—if you buy this, check it the minute it arrives. If it doesn’t work immediately, you risk being stuck with a useless brick. I was so excited about the multi‑function design, but this experience has made me skeptical of ever reordering from this brand again. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you’re prepared to gamble—and make absolutely sure you test this right out of the box.”

Not quite what I expected! Purchased for a softball tournament. The mist was just about nonexistent. Had to buy a bigger fan. Battery life was good. Having the USB port for charging was a plus.

Worth every penny. I work at a bakery and the AC does not really cut it when all the ovens are going. I set this under a table near me and I can feel it. I just mopped one of the rooms and I stood in front of it for a minute or so with everything on 3 and I was instantly cooled. I also used it at the farmers market to keep my boss's baby cool. The water lasts for a really long time. I did notice it shuts off after a long time of use, but I'm ok with that.

Misters don't work for long, not sure if the water pump is the problem or if the misters clog up.

Poor quality, Mister looks nice, and I had high hopes. the far blows but no mist. no matter what my son did he couldn't get the mist to do more than drip. unfortunately I bought it as gift and by the time my son tried to get it to work the return window had closed. If I could give this zero stars I would. I've seen other portable fans that work much better.

This fan is just totally fantastic. Puts out a lot of air and the mist is great. You can take this anywhere.. great for a hot summer day. Would make an absolutely wonderful gift for any occasion.

I bought 2 of these. One worked fine out of the box, but the other did not mist. I found that the long tube was sealed at the end. When I cut the sealed part off misting worked just fine.
