I have used them twice so far and was pleased with the clean up.

We are big gardeners...so to flash freeze we lay out our berries on a single layer, put them in the freezer for a couple hours then they roll individually off into a bag with ease. Clean up is a whiz! Biscuits browned up nicely. Sticks less than parchment paper, actually doesn't stick at all! I also dried thinly sliced tomatoes and when you bend the mat and they came off in whole pieces with ease. Mini pizzas...no problem, but don't cut on them. I was looking at several options and chose these. They work fine, but I have 2 issues.1) Oil stains: There is nothing in the instructions that says that Olive Oil will stain the mats. I was using the oil for flavor and on the 2nd use, they are stained.2) No resizing: The others I looked at were ok to cut. I assumed (wrongly) that I would be able to cut these to fit different sized cooking pans and to fit in my microwave. The instructions are firm that you should not use if cut. BUT I don't see this stated in the description, only the instructions included with the product.

Love these Silicone mats! These are fantastic for baking cookies. The cookies stay a light brown just the way they should. They slide right off with ease. I love the Insipirational Quotes, they are a very nice touch. I use these multiple times a week, because I love to bake! Well made, wash easily with warm, soapy water, and i store them right on top of my cookie sheets. I highly recommend these for any baker or candy maker!

I'm not much of a baker, but purchased these mats more for roasting vegetables, catching spills from baking dishes, etc. They work beautifully, roll up for compact storage and are easy to wash. A very good value in and of themselves, but will save me even more down the line as I won't be buying boxes of parchment paper to line baking sheets.

I initially got these to cover some ruined cookie sheets, but I find myself using these mats for stuffed peppers, beef jerky, and many other recipes where I normally would've used a baking dish or broiler pan. The easy cleanup makes you wish that all of your dishes were silicon. These are amazing quality for the price and arrived carefully wrapped.

Loved these! I gave a set to my sister as well. They are easy to clean. They might feel a little greasy but it's because of the material (silicone) is supposed to be non stick. Wash it with warm soap water and it will be fine. Also they shouldn't be used over a certain temperature.

I purchased these mats to cool homemade candies on, you know chocolate covered yumminess, and they work wonderfully for that! The size is perfect for the kitchen counter and the expressions make my candy making even sweeter!I have yet to use them for baking, but the quality looks as good or better than any silicone baking mats I have ever seen.
