Q: My ? is this. Does this really taste like coffee? I've bought so many blends and supposed REAL Beans,my head swims. I'm tired of French Roast. I've tried other Roast. What do you think is the best. It's a stupid and redundant ? But important..

My first impression of this coffee was that it tastes exactly like coffee ! That may be a funny statement, but it is true so many coffees have additional flavors or their own character. This really is just that good plain coffee taste with no lingering flavors. If you could imagine stopping into a diner or something and being pleasantly surprised with how good the coffee was, it would taste like that.

Q: How soon is coffee sent after roasting?

If ordered directly, the coffee is roasted per order and sent the day of or the day after. If coffee is ordered from an Amazon warehouse, you must anticipate lead time for the coffee to be shipped from our facility to the warehouses.

Q: How do you know this is 100% brazilian coffee? the packaging does not seem to comply with current fda regulations concerning country of origin?
