Great for perimenopause girls! This cream has helped with hot flashes as soon as I used it. Absorbs fast with no residue.

Even though I haven't had enough time to determine the effectiveness of the product, I can say I like the feel and consistency of it. I love the scent! It's wonderful! The product absorbs quickly, also. I would recommend trying it.

Works okay for hot flashes but dosing is harder than just Pea size amounts twice a day, as sometimes it causes hot spots and sometimes chills. Not sure exactly how I feel about this product. Feels like it could be a placebo effect more than an actual help for perimenopause and menopause. Been using it for about a month and have not seen miracle relief. This is not something that works the same day and has to build up in your system. Doesn't have a good or bad smell. Easy to apply, a little greasy, but skin does absorb it. Feels a little like vaseline.

I have ordered this twice now and the second batch seems a little different. The packaging and the coconut oil seem to be different quality. Too early to tell if it has the same effectiveness. The previous batch was great for leveling hormones after 7+ years of hormonal birth control.
