Hi there. Many customers do happily report relief from itching for itching cases that are caused by dry, flaky skin. This is because using the natural ingredients will be more healthy for irritated skin than chemical alternatives that might further irritate the skin, and the gentle ingredients such as Manuka oil are healing for these skin conditions. If the itching is caused by an environmental factor, such as diet or garden plants (in NZ we have a plant called wandering dew that causes no end of irritation for dogs), then the relief from itching by use or the soap may be temporary (albeit relief each time you wash). And the source of the itching would need to dealt with separately. You would still have a beautiful lemon-smelling clean doggo, and no plastic waste from packaging though! I hope that helps. Cheers.
