Let’s start with my hair. My hair is SUPER fine, very blonde and a little wavy. Over the years my hair texture has changed from bleaching, medications, getting older, etc. Currently I’m trying to give my hair a break, no bleaching, not a ton of hot tools, washing every few days. Everything I can to improve my hair health. Because yall - my hair when wet gets SO KNOTTY. Almost matted style knotty. My new hair dresser even said she’s never seen anything like this, asked my hair routine and said I was “doing everything right”. I’ve tried shampoos, cool water, combs, wet brushes, hair masks, hair oils, everything under the sun to get my hair tangle free after washing it. Nothing has worked as well as this brush. Usually I finger comb my waves in the shower while the conditioner settles and my hair is wet (curly haired girls IYKYK), GENTLY scrunch with a microfiber towel to get out some moisture… and I’m still stuck with knots. My old hair brush was marketed as a detangle brush for wet or dry hair, with tons of positive reviews. Yall it sounded like I was raking leaves when I brushed my hair. Even with a detangle spray. Last night though, I got to use this brush and I was very cautious, but my knots? Slipped right through the bristles. It brushed my hair better than any brush or comb I’ve used in forever. I was tangle free and only had a few strands of hair in the brush after I was finished. My hair is soft, silky and super smooth today and it wouldn’t have happened without this brush!
