The items inside Fishers Finery boxes were fine (5 stars)...but the paper bag Amazon used to ship the boxes resulted in the Fishers Finery boxes being badly damaged (Amazon 0 stars). I bought the items as a birthday present so it was important they arrived in excellent condition...sadly this didn't happen because of Amazon's extremely careless handing. I couldn't use the Fishers Finery boxes the pillowcases were in and had to buy a separate box. I won't be able to buy from Fishers Finery again because they don't ship to Australia and I'm not prepared to risk this happening again.

This is the second one I've bought of this brand. It's high quality, smooth and soft. Feels good on my face when sleeping. The first one still feels new and has held up well even after all the washings. Some people don't like the wrinkles after washing, but I don't care one bit.

I think this helps protect my very fine hair from breakage, which is the sole reason I bought it. The side envelope closure looks neat and also means that the sham looks good on both sides, essentially doubling time between launderings. Be aware that "natural white" has a strong yellowish cast, much more ivory or ecru than bright white. If you otherwise have white linens (I do) and care about a close match (I didn't), this isn't for you. I was annoyed that the package included a thick, glossy book of the seller's other products. Not just a "stuffer" but a hefty catalog. It's costly to publish and wasteful to discard.
