I plugged in add the water and few minutes later a very nice wet floor. It is a total waste of money don't buy.....

Barely cooled my hand less than 12 inches away even with ice cubes in it and it properly being installed. It’s a nice idea and a nice nightlight/possibly air purifier, but it’s quality is poor when it comes to cooling anything down.

I bought this one for my college classmate and he told me the cooler is good quality and suitable for his apartment. Love it!

Bought this item to cool a very hot office. Used it only once and it leaked all over the desk several times. Did not see anything in the brochure that said this could/would happen. Plan to return it.

water just sits in it doesnt cool--- very expensive tiny fan
