Sun Zero Seraphina Textured Total Blackout Cordless Roman Shade, 27" x 64", White

Love the look of these roman shades! I also love the price...same exact shades are sold at the big box stores for nearly $50 more per shade. I bought 4 of these for my extra bedroom and my office. They keep out the sunlight in the morning and reduce the heat coming in from the sun throughout the day. My windows each measured about 34 5/8" across. I slid the white end caps off the shades and then these roman blinds measuring 35" wide fit. Shades were very easy to install. Screw in the two brackets and then pop the shade into place. Customer service from Sun Zero is non-existent. I was missing two sets of hardware. I attempted to contact Sun Zero via the 'next customer support' button on the amazon site. It takes you to a non-working webpage. I messaged Sun Zero on Instagram. No answer. I went to their homepage and submitted my info through 'contact us.' Never heard back. I ended up just having to return two shades via Amazon and ask for replacements. There was no charge to do this.

I have ordered this exact shade 5 times. One order was perfect and hung immediately- no issues at all it’s lovely. The second order to get a matching one came without hardware, easy enough returned and reordered. The third order came and was the wrong color - again I returned it and ordered a new one. The fourth came without hardware. I have since then ordered the item again - showing it will be delivered a whole 5 weeks after my order was made but for some reason shows available for 2 day delivery on the items page. Once I get this shade I will never again order from this seller - it’s unacceptable and you can’t even get in contact with them to help resolve the issue.

These are very nice shades. Keep the dark out except for around the edges although I did instal them above my windows, with an inside mount it would fix that. Pretty smooth installation -I did it myself. Very pleased.

These roman shades are somewhat easy to install however the toughest part was installing the pull handle. The fit and appearance are not great they seem to not fall evenly. The folds are not even and have some sort of plastic clips that have fallen out a few times in the last couple of days causing the shades to just fall straight not fold like roman shades. However for the price they are not bad.

I really love the construction of these shades. They're unlike any roman shades that I’ve seen in that there are no cords or strings. Just pull up and pull down. The shades are made with a very thick, durable and high quality fabric. The white inner liner is also constructed with a nice thick thermal material which would help block out light and quite possibly help with drafty windows in the winter. I love the contemporary geometric pattern and I believe that it would look great with any home decor. The shade did arrive a little wrinkled out of the package but I'm sure the wrinkles will come out after hanging for a bit. The installation of the shade was very easy. You will need to drill two holes for each bracket and then just snap them on. Easy Peasy. Another great feature of these shades is that the fabric portion can be very easily detached from the liner in case you want to clean them. I love that! The dimensions I received was 33” x 64”; the same size as my window. However, after installing and pulling the shade all the way down, it only came to just at 63”, but I’m okay with that. However, I was disappointed that I did not get as many folds or pleats that are displayed in the advertisement picture. When I pull the shades all the way down, there are no pleats or folds. Pulling the shades all the way up to the top I will get 4 pleats. (See pics. ) I wonder how the pleats are created in the advertisement picture. I may try to create more pleats by inserting a dowel inside. All things considered, I highly recommend getting these shades if you are looking for cordless, modern roman shades that would look beautiful in your home.
