Will never be without these in my home! I am an admitted elderberry devotee and keep many different types of elderberry products in my home at all times. These are my go to choice for regular use, for when traveling and anytime I feel I need a little immunity boost. Do I take them every day? No, don't want my body to attenuate to them and render them useless to me. But believe me, any time I am going to be around large crowds, any time I get exposed to someone else's cold, they are the first thing for which I reach. Every nurse I know lives by this stuff. It helps boost your immune system which could help you fight off an illness before it really starts up. The pills are a larger than most though, so if you aren’t sure if you can swallow bigger pills then I suggest buying the gummies or liquid version. Definitely help me during cold and flu season.

Did a lot of research on this product, & when Dr. Oz backed it thought we'd try it. With none of our large family of 8 getting any flu shots & with kids in school decided we should get it. All winter no one got seriously ill!! Which is saying a lot with three asthmatics. We usually have at least 2-3 bouts for them, of bronchitis w/asthma ending up on nebulizer breathing machines & taking 5 different medicines just to breathe & kill infection, each year.. But not this year!. And when someone did get something we just doubled up on elderberry & few days & symptoms were gone. We also took echinacea & olive leaf when symptoms appeared. We took the elderberry daily. We even had relatives around us who were hacking all over our house & none of us got sick! The relatives were severely ill 3x in two months @ our home & we never got any of it! All my kids were so impressed how well they stayed, that they were very diligent in taking the elderberry. We also purchased elderberry lozenges that we used @ every sore throat & within 1-2 days all was well. We highly recommend this product.

I make sure to never run out of this stuff. It has truly been a factor in keeping me from getting sick for years now. I still get sick sometimes of course but taking elderberry really helps boost your immunity. I don’t take it every single day (the daily dosage on the bottle would cause me to run out too fast) but I take it faithfully when I’ve been exposed to sickness. No flavor because you swallow it with water and no aftertaste either.

I bought the same product last May of 2023 and the expiration date was 4 / 25. This time buying same product received today expiration date is5 / 24 What is going on. Could have bought from the quantum health comp for $6.00 a bottle instead of $12.00.
