Le goût cajun
Produit découvert en Louisiane, qui sale et donne des saveurs aux aliments, utilisé dans la cuisine cajun qui est épicée, pas forcément pimentée. L'inconvénient est qu'en France, il est beaucoup plus cher.

it has flavor but is quite salty

LOVE THIS. LOVE USING IT FOR CHICKEN. SO DELICIOUS
I took this seasoning to mu job to use on chicken sandwiches customers were ordering. They loved it so much they started requesting i sprinkle it on their wings when they ordered those. Great spice!! I dont like hot but this is wonderful. Its just the right amount and very flavorful!!!
