This is my favorite of all the black seed oils I've tried. It has a strong taste which is what you want with this type of oil. It also has a rich, dark color and a good percentage of thymoquinone, the most important ingredient. I'd had a recent blood test that showed I have barely any inflammation in my system, and I attribute some of that to my regular use of Sweet Sunnah black seed oil.

My doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure medicine. My blood pressure was 140/90 and higher. My resting was 90. I am usually very low. I told her give me 6 to 8 weeks. I have been taking these for years, and I love them. They are very easy to swallow, and start to work within a few days. If I miss taking them I can definitely feel the difference in my body. Since I started on these I can say that I have not had no colds or sickness like I use to get in the winter. I’m not sure if it is solely contributed to these (and the other supplements that I take), but I will continue to have these as a part of my daily regimen...the 3 stars reflect the sudden change in price from $13.99 to $15.99 amidst all of the Coronavirus stuff.
