Comfortable, durable, question longevity of black hardware
I’m a Gen X business professional, and I think briefcases look stupid and lack functionality, so I typically use a messenger bag for computer and work files, etc. Where I live it’s completely at home in court with a $1000 suit. Decent size and good pockets. Doesn’t adjust as easily as original messenger type bag, and I regret the black buckle because I know it’s going to scratch and reveal silver underneath and be more apparent than if a chrome buckle scratched. That’s my one star ding.

Great gift idea.
Very good bag for multiple reasons. When shopping, we have no problem with items that have challenging weight issues. (= Multiple # of cans are easily managed). Great for grocery adventures. Space inside is always needed and used. Comfortable fit, and I am a large person.

Nothing wrong with the bag
It was a Little pricey but worth It I was a Little upset that I found It on the Carrier's website cheaper than I found It on Amazon and when I tried to get a price match they said there was nothing they could do and I was not happy but otherwise the bag was really nice and I'm still using it today it's very sturdy quality material Doesn't slide while I'm carrying it doesn't move around, water resistance a good feature when I'm riding in the rain. One negative about it though is it's difficult to adjust the straps which isn't a huge deal I just wish it was easier to adjust the straps is all.

But it’s me, not chrome who had problems.
Great quality and materials. Fit and finish superb. My problem was the buckle and strap system which threw me off. But it’s me, not chrome who had problems.

Great bag. Making friends with cross shoulder carry
I like the bag very much design and construction are First Rate. My prior messenger bag had an over-the-shoulder carry and I was concerned that I might not like the cross shoulder carry. I'm making friends with it and I think I'm going to work out okay

First impressions as a Buran II owner
I’ll write back once I’ve spent more time with it, but I had high hopes for this, but having tried it a bit, I feel like the bag is much less flexible than the prior model, in part because of the excess number of pockets. The part I thought I would like the most, the dedicated place for the laptop, was based on the idea in Chrome’s marketing, which says it can fit a 17-inch laptop. I think if it’s an LG Gram, maybe, but good luck fitting a big gaming laptop in it. My 16-inch laptop fit, but I didn’t have any extra room for the stand I tend to use with it, which means the benefit I was hoping to get from it—not having to open the full bag just to use the laptop—is spoiled.I also feel like the pockets, which were relatively simple on the Buran II, have been severely overcomplicated in this design. Some of it may just be getting used to the new bag, but the pockets feel like they really kind of shoehorn you into placing stuff in a specific way. Finally, the lack of colorways has been kind of disappointing. My Buran II is a bright hue of orange. Where did the colors go?I may return it and see if I have better luck with the new Citizen model for sale on the Chrome website, which puts the laptop case near the front of the bag. Or maybe I’ll just make the Buran II work for a few more years. But yeah, I think Chrome lost something in this version.

Have no idea how to adjust straps to fit my body.
The bag is well made, but I can’t adjust the strap so it fits snuggly across my chest. Am I missing something? Site has no instructional videos. Very frustrating.
