This probiotic is indeed effective. It helped me manage candida overgrowth, especially when combined with fermented drinks like kombucha and kefir. Over the years I’ve learned the best ways to take it: some days one capsule while fasting, other days up to three, also fasting. While my knowledge about candida and fermented foods played a role, this supplement definitely supported me in the process. Highly recommended.

I was able to make a decent yoghurt with this probiotic, but it took about 10 hours, which is more typical of lactobacillus acidophilus than lactobacillus reuteri. Indeed, this is a rather confusing item, in that it claims to provide a dose of l. reuteri, but doesn't have any of it listed in the ingredients, whereas it does have l. acidophilus listed. So personally, I wouldn't buy it again as an l. reuteri supplement, though the yogurt that it makes is tasty.

Easy to swallow, 4 months supply. Great stuff!
